Our current project is a major alteration/addition to a large residence in 3 Mile Bush Road. The project involves gutting the entire inside of the house and adding two new wings to each end of the house. The first addition is a large roof extension over a new Kwilla harwood deck to give nice indoor/outdoor flow and use of the deck in any weather. The second addition is adding a new bedroom wing to achieve 4 new bedrooms. The original house was clad in a brick veneer which we have plastered over to give an impressive adobe plaster finish. The house will have a magnificent designer kitchen complete with scullery and quality appliances. Extensive landscaping and a new concrete driveway/parking area will be created as part of our contract
Our upcoming project is a new 320m2 house in Maunu. This executive residence is constructed in brick with a concrete tile roof and aluminium joinery. It boasts 4 double bedrooms plus study, 2 bathrooms and an ensuite. Double garaging and a large games room are at the rear of the house. It will have around 100m2 of Kwilla hardwood decking leading off all bedrooms, dining, lounge and front entry. This exciting project is due for completion later this year.
